Gates broke my tooth after failing to read the X-rays and then proceeded to send me to a oral surgeon with no help of the cost for fixing his mistake. Will warn everyone to not go there. Unless you wanna pay way more for someone else to fix what they mess up."

Once I left that place I've had the worse sore throat to where I couldn't eat, breathe, or drink anything so then i had to go to the hospital but it was so bad nothing could help. They said the pain will go away in 2 to 3 days but I've been in so much bad pain for a week now. They were so ruff with everything. I will never go back"

"Absolutely the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I would give this place a 0 out of 5 stars if I could. I made my appointment months ago because I was a new patient and they told me they did not have any openings. I told the receptionist what was going on (extreme tooth pain, multiple cavities and an abscess) and she said they would be able to help me with that. When I called to confirm my appointment and I stressed again how much pain I was in the receptionist changed her response and told me that the appointment was just for a cleaning and they probably wouldn’t be able to help me with my other problems. I was shocked because I have been waiting for this appointment for MONTHS hoping to get some relief. I still went because I was hoping they would be able to help me in some way but I was only met with snarky people who obviously have no interest in helping people. All they did was tell me how bad I let my tooth get, there was nothing they could do, and they referred me to someone else. Even though I specifically made sure their office was able to do root canals. I am so upset by this experience. I would absolutely NOT recommend this place to anyone who is in serious pain or in need of serious and professional dental work. All they will do is tell you how stupid you are and refer you to someone else. Response to their response: Yes, I am aware that it was my first appointment. Thank you for reiterating that even though I made that very clear in my review above. Again, I made the appointment at your office specifically because on YOUR website it states that you offer root canal treatment under your “advanced services” tab. This is also something that I discussed with your receptionist MONTHS AGO when I made my appointment. Also in your response you said “the only way to know what treatment needs to be completed is by visiting the office and having an exam” This is exactly what I was trying to do!!! When I originally made the appointment I made it clear how much pain I was in and I made it clear that I had an abscessed tooth. Like I said before, your receptionist told me that this is something you could help with. Is that not coming in for an exam? Also, I am fully aware of all the other types of doctors that can assist with tooth pain, you do not need to list them off like I am some kind of idiot. If your office is not up to par with others and not equipped to help people with certain dental problems, maybe you shouldn’t be advertising that you’re able to do so your website. Just a thought. Finally, your response absolutely did NOT help me understand the disrespectful and mediocre service that I received at your office today. I’m still just as disappointed, mad, & in pain. Thank you for utterly wasting my time and screwing me over while I waited for the past couple of months until my appointment. I should have gone somewhere else to get real help."
