"I used to love this place. But in the past couple of years it’s quickly going downhill. Dr. Henley is still an amazing doctor, but you’re lucky to get into her anymore And Dr. Etter is now gone. Dr Brittney shows a lot of potential, but also hard to get into. One of the new male doctors they now have working scared me out of ever trusting him with my Childrens health, he’s unable to answer questions and responds to every question with “well I guess” and “I’m not sure” and seems completely clueless. The nurse practitioner writes everything off as allergies. You’ll also be waiting your life away in the waiting room or your car as the wait times are now horrible. The receptionist up front are nasty and unorganized. You might be lucky to get a nice one here and there. And billing is a nightmare. They can’t keep track of payments to save their life. Thank goodness for bank statements, you’ll need them for proof you’ve made a payment! I don’t know what’s happened to this practice in the past couple of years, but it’s sad to see what was once, in my opinion, the best pediatric practice around, turn into what it is now. UPDATE: I called to make an appointment, and was informed they dropped my kids as patients due to my negative review. My review is honest, Its horrible that honestly is apparently frowned upon at this practice."

Dr. Henley and Becky are two of my favorites but I think highly of the entire staff. It is a warm and inviting office with staff who really care. They are even open on Saturdays, which is great for a working mom like myself!"
