"7 weeks ago, Quality Car Care of Norton towed our only farm truck to their shop to replace the transmission. They promised us the job would be done in 3 days and we paid the whole amount UP FRONT. They have delayed and delayed saying they keep receiving the wrong replacement transmission and that the salvage yard they use cannot get another if it rains, snows, is too cold, or too muddy. They refuse to use a different supplier and have not offered refund or any other alternative solutions. They have the right transmission now but refuse to start the installation. My poor Expedition has had to do all the farm work and finally got stuck in a snowbank on the farm. She was not made for this type of work, but since our truck is being held hostage and still not being given priority despite all we have done and how much time we have given them, we had no other option! We need our truck back to work the farm and to free the Expedition from the snowbank! My husband and I are both disabled and are being taken advantage of by this shop! We were promised the truck would be ready this Tuesday. Then they delayed it because they wanted to do another vehicle instead. Then they promised it would be next in line and ready yesterday. Now we have called and they think they might start working on it on Monday! We have no transportation and need our truck back!"

"The attorney general’s office of consumer affairs has been notified and osha compliance check has been ordered for this shop. A “3 day” job has gone on for 7 weeks, they have the part I paid upfront and they refuse to do the job because “they are getting more traffic than expected and will get to me when they are more freed up” I’ve had promises from the staff and owner Chris that this job will be done within a day multiple times but never comes to fruition because other paying customers come to their doors. I know I’m disabled but my money is as good as anyone else’s even if I’m not being treated like it."

"If you didn’t know this is the worst shop to bring in your car for anything. They will cut every corner possible and it is a very un professional workplace, I’ve been cussed at by the owner and watched him throw tantrums at his employees. Car left this place worse than when I brought it in. Ask around and anyone who has had a experience with this place will tell you all about the owner including the past employees he has mistreated"

"Nothing but lying con artists and thieves. My wife went to get an inspection sticker. They told her that her brakes were unsafe and that she only had about 2 weeks left of daily use. They did not remove her existing sticker or provide a failure inspection sticker despite them telling her that the breaks were "in dangerous need of replacement". They did offer to order the parts, but they were twice the cost of even the premium break pads at Advanced Auto, the labor charge was additional. She new the price was high so she took it to a family friend at Adam's Tire in Wise. They took of the brakes and showed her the brakes were still like new. I went back to make a complaint and the younger "manager" cussed at me and told me to leave. Do not trust this "quality car care". It's more like a Quick Con. My mother also took her car there for an inspection sticker (unbeknownst to me at they time and they did the same thing to her. They prey on people who don't know a lot about cars which is despicable. It's odd they didn't do the same to me, but only to my wife and mother.... you get the point."

"Excellent service! We were driving from Virginia Beach and our rear bearing went bad. We called Quality while on the road and they were able to secure the part and waited for us to arrive to complete the repairs. They returned our call promptly and even called back to let us know they had the part and would wait for us to arrive. Excellent repair and our ride home is much quieter and safer. Thank you Quality Auto Care for going above and beyond!"
