"I didn't get names, but older gentleman, a dark haired lady I think was a manager, and young blond hair girl, was so awesome helpful and kind, they all went way out of their way to help me when I was traveling back to ferrum VA from eastern KY helping flood victims. They didn't have my part in stock and they called all the parts stores local and near towns then when found it, tried to help me find away to get it and the kind soul gave me away to go get it, and having most tools but needed some and the young lady let me use them with out any questions, and then finally the fella that has gone home after his shift come back to make sure we was getting it taken care of us and helped out. I'm so thankful for these kind caring people, it helped reassure me there is still lots of great people out there, cause sometimes I wonder. They deserve some kind of award and bonuses. "The employee working was more than happy to help me. My check engine light was on and I needed to see what code read for it. He was friendly and explained to me everything he was doing as he was doing it. I really appreciated him taking his time to redo the process it takes for the machine to read a code... I needed to write down the code to resolve for my check engine light. He happily started over and read the code aloud to me. I am extremely happy with the service here. Thanks guys for being so happy to help. I will suggest this place to others."
