"My husband and I stopped here on the way back to NC. We always loved to eat here when we were in the area. First, we noticed a sign on the front door that stated that the restaurant was cash only. No credit or debit cards are accepted. Fortunately, we had some money. Second, there were two other people eating inside. We thought that was strange for a Saturday afternoon. It's usually a lot more people. Third, fountain drinks are no longer served. Bottled Coke products, water, and tea. I had 1/4 white meat garlic chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy and greenbeans. My husband had 1/4 dark meat rotisserie chicken with sweet potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The meals come with cornbread. The chicken my husband had was a small portion and bland. Mac & cheese was runny. The sweet potatoes were good. My chicken was dry. I ate half of the breast. The wing was overcooked, inedible. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good. The greenbeans were ok. I have my husband, my cornbread. He said both were hard. We were very disappointed with our meal. We've always enjoyed our food prior to this. The restaurant is under new management or has been bought by someone who implemented a lot of changes that haven't been for the better. Two other people came in while we were there. A couple was about to enter when we were getting in the car. They left because they didn't have cash. No doubt this place is missing out on a lot of business due to the cash only policy and the quality of food has declined greatly. This was our last time patronizing this establishment."

"My first clue that the food wasn't going to be good should have been the fact that it was empty during lunch hour. It still took longer than expected for someone to take my order. The mashed potatoes were super bland and not even the gravy had much seasoning. The macaroni and cheese tasted like watered down pasta, it had absolutely no cheese flavor. I ended up throwing both of them away. The only thing that was edible was the chicken and cornbread. Even that wasn't great, at least not compared to what I had at the Boston Market in Woodbridge just last week. What's up with the fountain drinks? I read the reviews, as I should have done beforehand, and saw that it's been an issue for over a month. How long does it take to fix that? Not even the digital menu was working. I'm really disappointed I wasted my money here because I'm a huge Boston Market fan and I stop by this location anytime I'm in the area."

"It’s safe to say this location will shut down sooner than later. Ordered online pickup. Walked into the store no one greeted me. Told the lady my order name and she gave me the bag and told me “have a good night”. Looked through my order before leaving. Majority of the items I ordered were not in the bag. I ordered spinach, sweet potatoes and stuffing I had spinach, Mashed potatoes and corn. I had to ASK to be told that 2/3 items were out. I ordered two kids meals with rotisserie nuggets, they were given a quarter bird. My husband had a half chicken, and two sides of spinach instead of one side of sweet potatoes as ordered. The lady tried to explain what happened but honestly I didn’t care. I should have been contacted or at the very least told at the counter when given my order. I can only imagine how upset I would have been had I not checked my order and driven all the way home. No compensation or apology. Just an excuse. Not even a complimentary dessert. We have frequented here in the past since the other location in Arlington shut down (bummer because they were amazing). We will never come here again. Update: I ended up not even eating my order. My husband said the chicken tastes like cleaning products. Mashed potatoes were bland. Spinach wasn’t creamy"

"I've been here numerous times and have always had a pleasant experience. The place is always clean, food is always hot and fresh. There's not much variety with the food here but what they do make is made well. I've ordered the meatloaf and turkey from here and I've been pleased with both. I recommended downloading the Boston Market app to schedule a pick up if you're short on time and want to avoid lines around the dinner rush."
