"They get the job done, for almost 3 times the price. Police officer called this company to tow my truck because it was blocking the road after I broke down. Being that AAA had longer than normal wait times, the officer insisted I use this company. $448.00 dollars later my truck was towed 8 miles down the road. Pretty much forced to pay, otherwise my truck would be taken to their lot for God knows how much a day for storage costs. I understand businesses have overhead, but seemed like they were taking advantage of the situation. I was quoted 150-200 after talking to other tow companies located in the same area. Not to mention, I called them a couple weeks later and they stated they charge $5 per mile (flat rate). Simply taking advantage of their customers."
