"My insurance highly suggested this shop stating they do great work and work with their direct pay program. I have my car back and it looks great. I can’t be any happier with that. The customer service could have been better. A little communication goes a long way. I was not given any updates, I always had to call and was given basic ‘still waiting’ updates. When I dropped the car off the office forgot to have me sign a paper allowing them to assess the car. This was not noticed till a few days later and I was out of state. The shop would not take an over the phone authorization or an email authorization so I had to get off my plane and go directly there to sign a piece of paper. Then silence till I called to check on my car and was told waiting on parts. The next week was the same thing. My rental was running out and still no update on anything about my car. I had to get my insurance involved to get any sort of answer. When I finally went to pick up my car their card reader was down but got no heads up so I could stop at the bank. They refused to take my card number for later, refused to let me take my car and call the next day to pay over the phone, check or cash only. I did not have either so my mother graciously loaned me a check to pay for my car and when I asked for a receipt was told no, the check is the receipt?? I was very frustrated with everything and left with my car. A few minutes later the shop called and needed me to turn around because they forgot to have me sign the insurance form that allows them to get paid by the insurance company. Again, the car looks great so the work from the shop is awesome but the customer service side of things was a mess. A few simple phone calls could have avoided a lot of headache."
