"Downtown Dental left me a voicemail the morning of my appt telling me they were cancelling it because I did not text confirm it. I called back to instruct them not to cancel the appt I was planning to attend, however, they stated they had already given it away to another patient and my appt was no longer available. They rescheduled me for the next avail appt, which was not for another 5 months in May. Then, they sent me a letter in the mail stating that I had no showed the appointment and there was a $75 no show fee, as "it does not allow us time to reach out to other patients waiting to be seen." I called and asked to speak to a manager about this discrepancy on 12/18/23; it has been almost 3 weeks and I have not received any contact. I am switching to another dentist."

"I called with an emergency, having broken a tooth, that I suspected needed a crown. I was a little nervous before calling, wondering if I would have to go through the Christmas holidays with a broken tooth but they fit me in the same day and Dr. Nish and his assistant took care of me with gentleness and concern. In a few hours I walked out with a new crown, which was 3D printed and baked in a matter of minutes, not like the old days when it took several visits to get a crown! I experienced a little discomfort from having had my mouth open wide for a long time but the next day I am back to normal. I get the feeling that everyone who works at Downtown Dental loves working there. There's a good feeling among the staff and everyone is very pleasant, from the dentists to the receptionist and everyone in between. I have never had a bad experience with them, and in fact feel only gratitude for how I have always been treated. If you are a little afraid to go to the dentist, this group will treat you gently and caringly, no judgment. I am so appreciative for all they have done for me. I cannot recommend Downtown Dental and Dr. Nish enough. Thank you!"

"Downtown Dental did not send me any bills for my three visits between August 2018-February 2020. Because they did not notify me of the charges, I did not find out that my insurance was not covering their services for a full 18 months. In that time, they kept recommending procedures, while no one notified me as I checked out after each visit of charges from the previous visits. This means that, by the time they billed me--again, a full 18 months after the first of those visits--my bill had grown to hundreds of dollars. I would have made different medical decisions had they billed me on time. But, instead, their negligence resulted in hundreds of dollars in unexpected charges--which they then blamed on me, the patient who had no way of knowing what I owed them. I was promised the Office Manager would call me. They have not. Fair warning to potential customers."

"Dr. Dalal was absolutely fantastic. He and his staff were caring and patient and took the time to make sure I knew every step of my treatment plan. I have never had a dentist say anything positive about my dental care, always pointing out what I'm not doing; Dr. Dalal said it's obvious I care for my teeth and his praise made me feel accomplished. I HATE the dentist and never want to go back after all the negative responses of do this not that and today was the first time I've looked forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend Downtown Dental! ***Update*** One month later and I've gotten my crown and a deep cleaning. Dr. Dalal and his assistant did phenomenal with my crown. I cannot even tell it's in my mouth. A few days of sensitivity from working around in my mouth was all. Amy, their hygienist, was just as fantastic and gentle while cleaning buildup from quarantine missed cleanings. She took the time to show me new techniques and recommended a better toothbrush. Even she complimented the care I'd been trying to keep up while not seeing the dentist. I cannot recommend this office highly enough!!"
