"Much better experience than the one in danville by far!!!! Very welcoming staff very speedy with buying and communicated well with me about anything from drop off to pick up. I would recommend this store over all the best one I've been too"
"Everyone has said it already, but this store is outrageously small and the manager is very rude. Talks to you like you’re dumb despite the fact you can tell she’s not the brightest crayon herself. This store is a fire hazard. They have a rack of clothes two feet away from the register and you cannot get through past the line of people waiting to check out. They offered me $7 for a bag full of brand new clothes with the tags still on them. Very dark inside the store. So crowded. Good luck trying to shop with your kids or a stroller. Employees take their time, no sense of urgency even when there’s a line."
"I’ve been coming here for some time now but the place has gone to shambles. I don’t think this place is up to code and it’s dirty, dark, and dusty. The store is so small yet they keep taking so much clothes. You literally can not look through the racks because it’s so stuffed. The employees get on their phones and there is the one lady who is always complaining about customers. I get it some customers are rude but It’s honestly nonstop. The store is disorganized. Another thing one manager was walking around bare foot that is so unprofessional put some shoes on, the stores floor is dirty. Not only that she is rude to the customers and the employees. The way she talks to people is so insulting and unprofessional if I was the owner of the store I would have fired her. She does not help out the employees she just stays on the computer. But don’t get me wrong the employees are rude as well they will have their ear buds on with loud music and when you try to ask for some help they won’t hear you became their music is so loud. Mind you this is a child store and they are listening to inappropriate music. When you ask them a question they act like you are dumb and give so much attitude. I have received so much attuide and disrespect from all the employees. One employee just walks around with her ear bud in talking on the phone. They have inappropriate conversations and the manger is always talking bad about the customers and employees. I am putting this review back on here because i took it down because I thought I was being to rude but no this place is disgusting"
"This place is dark, dirty, messy, and certainly is not meeting ADA guidelines. There is a ramp inside, but if I can barely get down the aisles without a wheelchair, a person with wheelchair would never make it. Many employees, terrible service. No greetings, no we appreciate your business. During the last visit, an employee shouted that she had “a wedgie.” During a recent visit, we waited for an employee at the register when there were about five standing behind it gabbing with each other. They complained loudly about disrespectful customers … oh the irony!! Bringing in items is a cold process which now requires you to scan your ID. Don’t expect a thank you or any other friendly word(s). To the owner: Your business would not exist without the items brought in by the people on this community. As stated above, it is so dark down the aisles it is difficult to see the clothes. We purchased two items that had holes, though we could not see the holes while there. This area is in need of a quality children's consignment store … I believe there needs to be some real competition in this area! Might be a venture worth considering!"
"Great selections at even greater prices. They have week day specials as well. They have a loyalty program too. Before you by certain Preemie to Youth 20 items check here 1st. Alot of name brands. Excellent, superb staff, especially the cleaners and sorters of items. Grandparents 15% off Wednesday."
