"Hate that I have to leave a bad review but unfortunately it’s the only option I have. I paid for a car wash, entered the car wash as soap dispensed all over my vehicle. I stopped when it said to stop and that was it! No wash, no scrub, no rinse. I tried knocking on the door, nobody was manning the car wash (which is completely fine until there an issue). I made several calls to the posted number and left two voicemails. No one answered or returned my call. So the soap dried and I had to go home and fix it. I understand things happen. But when you own a business and something like this happens, you have a responsibility to be available to your PAYING customers! If you aren’t going to answer the phone or return a phone call then you shouldn’t post a phone number and you most certainly shouldn’t have a business “open” when someone isn’t there! I also sent a message through the website, explained what happened, and asked for a refund….still haven’t received a response! UNBELIEVABLE!"

"Best car wash in Fredericksburg, the only one I’ll go to!!! I love how it doesn’t have a count-down timer on the car wash stalls, it lets you do what you need to do and then bunch the buttons to say you are done. No racing against the clock, or frantically trying to add more money so it doesn’t turn off before you’re done! I’ve also used the vacuums, they work well too. Everything is super well-priced as well."

"Very clean place to wash your car. You get a choice of self serve car wash or an automated full exterior wash. Prices are very reasonable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are open 24 hrs / 7 days. The wait time is very short and you drive away with your looking shiny and clean. A cool feature in the self serve bays, they air dryers for your car. Their unlimited monthly memberships are a great deal. $15 - $35"
