"I had to have my car towed because the pedals locked up on hwy 1. The AAA tow driver personally referred Action to me, and said he has had great work done by them. They did great work for me too. They were so honest. Told me what could wait to be repaired and what was an immediate necessity. It was still pretty pricey for the parts alone, time around Christmas, and I'm a single mom, so they offered to hold my car a few days while I figured things out, and wait to do the work until I was sure I could afford it and wanted it done, which ultimately I had them do. Come May it needed a new radiator, and I knew exactly where I would go. They're so genuine, and trustworthy, plus I CAN afford their prices. It's centralized location is a perk for me as well. I would recommend then to anyone."

"Been going to Action Auto Works for several years after being referred by a friend. Always a fair price with no attempts to up-sell you into a more costly repair. I have several vehicles and have been happy with all repairs they have done for me. They are very busy so it can be tricky to get work done at my convenience - I generally simply leave a vehicle for however long it takes and they call me when it's ready. This is what works best for me, and since I have several vehicles I am able to do this. If you only have one car and need to wait at their office while they repair, that is a bit more difficult to schedule. For me, the fair prices, honest work and knowing that they will not try to gouge me on the bill, it's worth the minor inconvenience of dropping the vehicle off and coming back for it later."
