AT&T Store

"Went to the store around 11:00 a.m. the doors were locked and it doesn't look like anybody was in the store I don't know how often this store is actually open but I've been here multiple times where nobody has been in the store when they're supposed to be open I've also had horrible experience and things added to my account that shouldn't have been there you guys really need to figure this out and fix this"

"Wanted to share my experience with store manager, Coby (sp?). Had such an easy visit for what can sometimes otherwise be an unpleasant experience. Unfortunately, all these phone stores get a bad rap. Everyone goes in there all locked and loaded and preparing to be frustrated and/or bamboozled. Not so here! The manager was kind, patient, down-to-earth, and so very helpful. We got what we needed and were taken care of quickly. Things were explained in a way we could understand, and we're totally loving our new Air Pods :) Thank you so much."
