"We walked downtown before getting dinner to stop in some of the shops that were open. There are plenty of items to look at it in here - socks, quirky gifts, funny gifts, quilts, jewelry, and much more. Staff is friendly and we were greeted when we walked in the store. Cool giraffe art statues out front!"
"I love to visit Quilts Unlimited! There is so much to look at. I think there is something for everyone in this store! I love how you are greeted when you walk in and then can browse freely looking for that perfect gift. The staff are friendly and available to help or answer questions. To think this is only a quilt store would be a huge mistake! They have beautiful hand made pottery & jewelry. Bags and hats of many brands and styles. Whimsical toys, books clocks, and wall decor. My favorite thing to look at are the Kaleidoscopes! Quilts is the only store I know of with such a nice variety! Don’t wait to visit!"
"Great place for fun, nice, and quirky gifts. Socks are amazing. Keep looking and you’ll find a great little treasure for somebody. Staff is pleasant and kind. Prices are decent. And to the dude who was confused about no drinks in a store? It’s full of fabric items, of course you keep your drinks outside. Common courtesy and a common thing. Wow."
"Wife and I are visiting Charlottesville from out of town, exploring the shops here on the mall. I walk in with two warm beverages from the coffee shop a couple doors down, a woman approaches me and says "We ask that you take any beverages and set them down on the counter" (motioning to the glass counters near the register). .....so confused. Never heard of this ever. So they are concerned we are going to spill all over their products? My wife and I, confused at what to do, just decide to walk out and leave. It was ten minutes until closing time on New Years Day. My wife previously heard another attendant audibly taking about wanting to close early. Okay we get it, you just want to be done. Next time, instead of being rude and enforcing inane policies that discourage people from parusing your wears; just lock up and don't let us in in the first place."
"You could walk aruond this store and look at their gifts forever. Great little kids gifts under $5 (if you bring the kids in they will want everything) but also really nice jewelry. What most impressed me was the Judaica gifts. Gorgeous fused glass menorahs and other things for the perfect Jewish home. I really haven't seen anything like this section before. They told me the owner picks it out specially. The owner has GREAT taste."
