"I arrived on time for my appointment and while I waited, they did an oil change, filter change, tire rotation, and 16 point inspection all in 45 minutes. I was very pleased with their promptness and courtesy."
"Came here religiously for 2.5 years until one day I went in for an oil change and they tried to upsell me on a few things which I approved. Finally they said I had an oil leak and it would destroy my car and cost $1000 to fix. Never noticed any leaks and car ran just fine so I got a second opinion. Turns out they just emptied my old oil and put a very small amount in so next time I came it would seem like I was leaking. Terrible way to treat loyal customers, will never return."
"I’m not impressed. My car was done and parked for about 30 minutes. I had to wait by the representative to ask for the bill as he was helping a line of incoming customers. I wonder why the service center had only one person for checking-in and checking-out. It seems like a very inefficient process."
