"We were loyal clients for nearly 5 years and it was usually good but as soon as you leave for legitimate moving/relocation reasons (we left due to having moved and deciding finally to stop making the 40 min commute back there/find a local dentist), it totally changes. We had to call/text at least 10 times to ask to transfer our records and it NEVER got done until I physically walked in there to ask for them! Even then they only gave me very partial, incomplete records! Additionally, we were owed a refund for having been overcharged prior to the EOB coming back from insurance and my husband and I called/texted many, many times about this. Each time (for both issues) we were told it was done but it wasn’t and given silly excuses. I gave 2 stars because it was decent while we were there (4-5) but a very difficult/time consuming experience (0 stars) of staff claiming they’d sent our records but clearly hadn’t when we were in the process of leaving."
