"I am not someone who leaves reviews that aren't positive but dental health is so important and people should be informed. This was my first time here, and they said a "conservative" estimate was that I would need 7 fillings. I went and got a 2nd opinion. They had to take several new x-rays because this office's were too grainy, and changed the number to 3 fillings, including a place this office had not detected. I found the people here largely unprofessional, with poor bedside manner. It was like it was everyone's first day on the job. Bummer experience. It did not instill a feeling of trust and I am glad I followed my intuition and went somewhere else."

Today was our first visit to HFD - I left feeling incredibly discouraged. I'm a new foster parent, and the lack of compassion and understanding from the dentist on why my child's oral hygiene is the way it is made me wonder if we should come back. Having to explain it in front of my foster child was also incredibly insensitive of this practice. Please consider informing yourself and your team on young patients and caregivers who come from different backgrounds."
