"These guys are the real deal. Fast, kind, clear communication, very fairly priced. The first time i called them it was after every other auto shop had closed for the day, and my car had a steering/wheel emergency. They told me to come by, came outside as soon as i pulled up and looked at it to find out was wrong, then gave me a quick fix until the part came in at no extra cost. They stressed they could only do the quick fix if it was safe for me, which i reall appreciated. The second time i needed their help, it's the same experience - just as fast, just as accommodating. I cant tell you how happy i am for that first car problem so that i could find them."

"I repaired and repainted my rear bumper at this shop and they guaranteed for life. Less than a year later, part of the paint around the center of the bumper was bubbled at first and automatically peeled off later. It was the size of the adult's fist and I can see the old paint through it. I showed it to the guy who guaranteed, manager? may be. He looked around and pointed it out that there was a small scratch on the right corner of the bumper and it could be caused by the impact for the paint was peeled off. BUT, the scratch and the peeled off spot was almost 2 feet away. What a great life time guarantee it can be! They say when you put the your car into their garage but when your car leave the parking lot of theirs, no life time guarantee no matter what. I think I was so naïve."
