"I had a very bad experience and unprofessional attitude by the Doctor Freeda Khatak. 1. I have Medicade insurance. I was in the clinic to adjust my teeth crown. She treated my teeth issue. After that she said that medicade doesn’t pay that much for your treatment and she ask me $250/- on top of the coverage. After one year the crown came off and I had an appointment to fix that prior to my treatment in which she asked for an additional $250/- at the front desk despite my insurance. I advise anyone going, that you double check your medicade insurance before your treatment to ensure they honor the insurance."
