"Car left smoking, they tried to add services to the bill without my approval or informing me that they were going to do services. When asked about smoking from engine they said it left over coolent and to let it burn, now the airfilt is infused with burning coolent smell i have to drive with windows down in winter. Also they threatened to not cover work that they did. If you there please ask to have everything clearly communicated. The customers should not be punished cause the are rushing or being rushed by management"

"Quick brake fluid change/flush positive Staff courteous got me in quickly ... adds a star. To channel my inner Karen.... did not provide me with any recommendations or ask me any questions regarding if the reason why I got the flush helped to solve my soft brake pedal. Would of appreciated something like...hey seems like the pedal feels the same you might want to check out if something else if wrong. In other words service isn't as personable as I experienced at Valvolone Instant.Oil Change. Over there they let you stay in the vehicle and the tech are more available. Had to choose this location bc of lack of time. If you have a choice try another location"

"Steer clear of this jiffy lube. Went in for an oil change and their worker broke my window regulator. Went back to confronted them about it, and was yelled at by another random employee. Was told the manager would call me, but never heard back. Very poor service and hostile workers. Would give 0 stars if possible. - Also the owner is lying in his response to this review, they never offered to repair and just ignored the problem they created."
