"I recently chose this repair facility when I got into an accident because it was referred through GEICO. Here are 4 reasons I would not choose this shop again. 1. They are closed on weekends so don’t expect any progress to be made on your car 2 out of 7 days. After they received parts, it took 2 additional weeks to complete the work (6 weeks total). Around week 6 I called daily to find out the status of my car to which they told me was waiting on the front emblem but was drivable and unable to be picked up. Finally on a Friday afternoon right before close, my car was ready. 2. They “missed” things during the initial evaluation. I got the car back and it’s making a knocking noise as I turn my wheel. I call the shop, they tell me to bring it back in and that they might need it for A FEW MORE DAYS! My husband examined the car and said they poorly repaired the wheel bushing (whatever that is) and didn’t put any plastic pins in my wheel wells. 3. Disrespectful employee who won’t be named for the sake of his privacy. We take the car back, as my husband is speaking with another mechanic about the problem and looking at the car, their head mechanic rudely interrupts and yells “alright we’re done here, pull the car down!” Extremely out of line and excessive aggression toward my husband and the mechanic, of whom, he wasn’t even in a conversation with. There is more to this, but I won’t go into great detail. Basically, he was offended and took out his aggression on my husband, the customer. 4. Having to bring my car back in wasn’t a priority to them until the manager intervened. I called about the status of my car the next day to which I was told wouldn’t be done till tomorrow because the mechanics are busy and have a lineup but “we’ll get to you as soon as we can but expect a call tomorrow.” This is after the rude interaction had the day before to which we were waiting on a phone call from the manager about. My husband called again to speak to the manager about the rude mechanic, and we received an apology and a guarantee the car would be made a priority! (Finally right?) We got the car back that day, regardless of how busy they told me the mechanics would be. Gosh, finally something good I can say. The manager handled the situation with grace and is probably the only good that this company can offer. If you choose this shop, just beware and I wish you the best of luck!"

He attentively listened to all my concerns and assured me that the entire repairs would be done properly/accurately/completely. Although it took a while to get my vehicle back, I am satisfied with the outcome and definitely recommend County Collision."
