"Dr. Miller is kind and thoughtful, but I've had some less than ideal experiences. I always get surprise bills here. They just start procedures without confirming if your insurance covers it. Even after I started specifically asking if my insurance covers the procedure, they are consistently wrong so that I get bills for almost every regular check-up. I also had a terrible experience with a filling that Dr. Miller eventually fixed, but it took months, and I had to really push for her to correct the issue instead of sending me to a specialist for the mistake."
