"I’m sorry the earlier reviewer had a bad day. My experience with Dr. Shannon and the staff at Tooth Town over the past several years has been stellar. They are professional and always communicate clearly when I have questions about insurance and billing, as well as specialized dental procedures. The team works with children every day and are very adept managing nerves and making children feel comfortable. We actually enjoy going to the dentist. I will continue to have Dr. Shannon as our dentist."

"I was referred to Dr.Jason by a friend and it was the best decision i’ve ever made. Dr. Shannon and his staff are highly trained and very friendly. As soon as you walk through the door they all greet you with a smile. My daughter feels comfortable with the staff and Dr. Shannon and she loves coming to her appointments! Thank you Tooth Town!"

"After overnight reflection, I've decided to share my recent experience at the clinic. While I had a peaceful conversation with Dr. Shannon in the end, the overall experience left a lingering discomfort. Here are my observations: • Handling Patient Disagreements: The clinic did not handle patient disagreements well. The residue of the argument persists. • Lack of Pediatric Focus: From my perspective, the clinic may not be well-trained to deal with patients with younger children who are afraid of doing cleaning. • Unprofessional Behavior: The doctor exhibited unprofessional behavior by consistently cutting off my sentences, particularly after I declined unnecessary x-rays for my children. It's worth noting that this decision was not financially motivated, as our insurance covers x-rays once per year; it was about the necessity. • Dentist Interaction: During the visit, the hygienist asked questions while the kid had a full mouth of toothpaste. Dr. Shannon attributed the whining to my entrance into the room, placing blame on me. • Insurance Complaints: Dr. Shannon complained about our insurance, United Concordia, suggesting it was subpar compared to others, and mentioned he could deny United Concordia if he wished. We started with this clinic three or four years ago, and initially, things went smoothly. However, in my opinion, the employees' behavior has become increasingly impatient during recent visits. Sadly, we've decided to move on."

"This was the first dentist experience for my sons, they'll absolutely loved it! My son is very skittish and terrified of new situations, he was sobcalm and so happy throughout the entire experience. He wasn't stressed out, they him wear sun glasses and hold a little dragon! He loved it so much he asked if we can go back next week. I'm genuinely 100% a fan of their absolutely perfect and amazing service!"

"Highly recommend Tooth Town!! We brought my 4 year old daughter came here to fill a cavity. The entire experience was fantastic. She loved the waiting room- was very welcoming and fun for kids. Her favorite show Bluey was on! The staff was very friendly. We were seen within a few minutes. Dr. Shannon was incredible. He drilled the cavity and filled it and she felt no pain or discomfort. Took about 5 minutes! The whole process was super fast and had her back to school in no time. When we left she said she wanted to stay in the waiting room all day. You will be happy with Tooth Town 100%"
