If you don't like the insurance plan don't sign the contract to be a provider. Weirdest transaction we ever had with someone that is supposed to be a professional, especially w a simple routine appointment booking and confirming insurance. See what happens if you tell her you have Kaiser through Dominion Dental Care and see what she does. Year is 2023 hope she just doesn't renew her contract instead of cherry picking insurance plans. Unprofessional and rude. I honestly feel like I dodged a bullet if this is the initial interaction."
