The administrative staff welcomes me, keeps me informed of my appointments, and helps me monitor my dental insurance - always with a focus on getting the best care. They always follow-up with reminders of my next appointment and work with me if I need to adjust schedules. The Dental Hygienist is friendly, caring, and fantastic. Always doing a great job cleaning my teeth, monitoring their health, and helping me do a better job of self-maintenance. (kinda like a very caring "mom") The best is Dr. Zaheer. She is very modern, smart, and keeps me totally informed during any procedure. She always uses the latest technologies- with outstanding results! But the best is her "Bedside manner" - keeping me calm while 4 different gizmos are in my mouth. She is supported by an excellent staff. I have complete confidence in her. I believe I have found the perfect dentist!"

Despite Dr. Zaheer being well aware of my elderly mother's extreme discomfort, having been in charge of her dental care, there was zero regard for her urgent situation. The denial of an appointment due to an account balance, coupled with a callous response citing existing emergencies, reflects a troubling lack of empathy from a healthcare professional. Moreover, the staff in general are not warm or welcoming. There's a pervasive sense of being pushed aside, and they don't strive to make the process of obtaining dental care any easier. The combination of an unsympathetic atmosphere and unhelpful staff contributes to an overall negative experience that leaves much to be desired in terms of patient care and compassion.
