"Had a good first experience, then it got difficult. Was told I needed a crown to replace a failing old filling. The crown never fit right and I had a lot of issues with it. One dentist tried to tell me it was a different tooth causing the problem - so I switched to the other dentist. Had lots of trouble getting scheduled with the right dentist. The receptionist tried to tell me I did t ask for the right one. The dentists never admitted my problems with the crown and did a really bad fix. Got another opinion - I was right all along. If they had listened to me and worked with me on it I would probably still be there. My son also had a poor experience trying to schedule and getting listened to."
