"I went almost 10 years without visiting a dentist due to bad experiences and an extreme fear of the dentist. I finally made an appointment at ISmile Gainesville due to a bad toothache. Dr. Sandhu and the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and at home at their office that I look forward to my appointments now. Everyone is so kind, patient, caring, and professional that if I ever moved away I would travel back here for dental care. I also got Invisalign at the office and everything has been super great so far. I can not recommend this location enough. "First time here brought my son for cleaning. The staff were nice. I did not have an appointment for myself I want to see how they were. I did not have good experience with many dental offices. Many other dental offices were pushy of everything; made me feel like I should just buy new set of teeth or something. This office was not pushy for any small thing. This office makes me feel like I want to go get my teeth clean. I also appreciated the dentist, he was very nice and thoughtful. He went out of his way cutting my son’s orthopedic wire that bother him to save us a trip to the orthodontist. Overall I had very great experience and would like to recommend them."

"Last year this doctor (Sandhu) told me that we need to renew the filling of your teeth. I trusted and did it while my teeth were fine. After a month, after eating cold watermelon, my tooth started to hurt. After that, every time I ate something cold, my tooth hurt. I visited this doctor three times, but he said filling is not a problem and you should change your toothpaste. I did this too, but my tooth did not heal until the pain became worse every day and finally one night I could not sleep because of the pain. The next day, I called the doctor, but they did not answer. I left a message and they still did not answer. I had to go to another doctor and there they diagnosed that the surgery was not done correctly and the nerves were damaged. I had to do a root canal and then put a crown. It seems that this doctor renewed my tooth filling just to get money for my teeth and is not interested in accepting the consequences. I have no trust in this team anymore and I advise you never to trust them because they are not working to help you but to take your money. I will also write about my experiences with renewing crowns."
