"The Ridge Room has beautiful views overlooking Shenandoah. Great atmosphere and drinks. The night that I went to the Ridge Room, A friend and I were there for dinner, unfortunately they ran out of most of their dinner options(which is great for business). The food that was still available on the menu was very limited. The experience wasn't great, the food was cold on the bottom, chicken didn't have much flavor(but then again, it's chicken). We ordered dessert, It didn't taste quit what I was expecting as an apple dessert, the top was burnt black(not caramelized). The server was pleasant always with a smile and took good care of us during our visit. The appetizer brie with baguettes tasted a bit stale. Not sure if it was just a busy night and weekend. The food was less than to be desired. I will of course be back for the drinks and views! Lots of fancy dishes and the prices were reasonable. If I can suggests, simple is better. Hamburgers and homemade chips or fries. Farm to fork local with the chefs spin would be wonderful. You can never run out of chef inspired burgers! :) Best wishes!"

"This time we had a wonderful experience!! I left a review in November about a horrible experience we had with a group and the billing process that could not be separated. This time Our owner for a work meeting took and paid for everything, so we didn’t worry about the billing. But I have to give a 5 star review for our server Timothy! He was outstanding! We never once had a need, he was constantly checking on us! Made incredible drinks and gave great recommendations on drinks and menu items! No one could do this job better than him! I’m so happy they hired him because our last waitress was rude and seemed to be put out by anything we asked for and many of the staff that were there in November were not accommodating towards our party. Timothy made our experience an extremely wonderful one! Great job Ridge Room on hiring him, they food was great!! The drinks were great! And the view and atmosphere can’t be beat!!"

"Very upscale, beautiful restaurant. The minute I walked in, I was impressed. Beautiful view, nice relaxing music, food and drink were delicious and added to the aesthetic. I enjoyed all their food, which is served tapas style, especially the salmon crostini. The brussels sprouts were some of the best I've had. The presentation was on point. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be going back."
