Applebee's Grill + Bar

"Good food, server somewhat attentive, but did not offer drink refill. Atmosphere is typical for Applebee's. Portions were huge. I would prefer smaller portions and lower prices. Greatly improved service over previous visit, when we had to wait forever, while the manager was busy flirting with a couple of customers. It appears that manager is no longer employed at this store."

"Long wait for a waitress even when restaurant was mostly empty. Waitress spilt water on my wife. Forgot to bring out our soup. Cheese sticks were overcooked on outside and not enough on inside. Cooking oil not being hot enough? Chicken tenders were hard and missing sauce. My bacon cheeseburger came with bun and bacon badly burnt. It never should have left the kitchen looking like that. Manager looked at it and said redo. I told her I also wanted new french fries that wouldn't be overcooked. Probably same cooking issue as the cheese sticks. Redos came out with bacon overcooked and fries worse than the ones I sent back. I ate the burger but not the fries. Waitress told the manager our food wasn't satisfactory but she didn't bother coming back out. They give us 50% off but we still won't be coming back. This trip was a second chance from our prior visit here where we had a very long wait and then the food came out cold."

"The spinach n artichoke dip, grilled chicken with garlic taters n broccoli, classic cheeseburger. They were all delicious and had a great meal."

"Went out for dinner tonight with my daughter. Her and I we're seated in a area with no server. We knew what we wanted before arriving. Unfortunately, we sat and waited over 20 minutes to get served. The food was delicious! We had a fun time, the server we ended up getting was very nice. The Mgr did give us a discount so that is a plus. Overall I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Our food was hot and fresh."
