"We just switched to Dr. Harris after a neighbors recommendation this year. Him and his staff were absolutely wonderful with my five and two-year-old. They patiently explained all the tools, let them sit in a different chair when the big chair scared them, and didn’t pressure us at all or make it an unpleasant experience. Dr. Harris and Justine our great hygienist, eventually won over my five-year-old getting to actually Have his teeth counted, and then we were able to go back a week later for another quick visit and got him to have a brief cleaning. The whole staff was super encouraging and patient and put me at ease as an embarrassed mom. My five-year-old had been to another dentist the previous year and while that experience wasn’t bad, I felt like Dr. Harris and his staff went above and beyond, to many our visits a pleasant experience."
"After an unpleasant experience at another dentist, my wife began bringing our granddaughter to Dr. Harris. Now, Dr. Harris takes care of our entire family. We couldn't be happier."
"My husband and I had our first appointments today and we cannot say enough great things about this practice. Everyone in the office was welcoming, kind and very competent! Dr. Harris himself sets a calming, unhurried, reassuring tone while explaining every step of care and treatment. Five stars are not enough."
"I wrote a review here earlier when my toddler had an appointment with Dr. Harris, but it seemed appropriate to write my own now that I've had the honor of having a visit with him myself. I've been fortunate to have had relatively positive experiences with dentists in the past, but I've never had as good of a dental experience as I had with Dr. Harris. Because Dr. Harris welcomed and enjoyed answering all of my questions that I would typically not want to bother a "rushed" dentist with, I learned more about my own teeth during a single check-up with him than I've learned in my previous 37 years of experience with dentists. For example, even though I didn't have any cavities, Dr. Harris was able to identify two spots which he foresaw as problematic in future years, and he gave me specific advice on things I could do to slow down or even reverse the cavity-forming process. I had no idea that our mouths actually have the ability to repair weak spots in our enamel! It is clear that Dr. Harris loves his job and loves interacting with patients; it is also clear that he is extremely knowledgeable about the field of dentistry and up to date with current research. All of this makes it easy for me to wholeheartedly recommend him to others!"
"Dr. Harris did an incredible job with our two-year old toddler. Despite the fact that she has recently entered the stubborn phase of resisting being told what to do, Dr. Harris patiently won her over and had her opening up her mouth wider than my wife or I have ever been able to get her to do when we brush her teeth at night. He calmly let her inspect each tool before he used it, and she became fascinated with the whole experience. Later that evening, she even asked me when she gets to go back to the dentist again! But beyond his expertise with children, Dr. Harris did an excellent job of pointing out a handful of things that are not problems at this stage but might be later -- and what we could do about them. He showed me things that I should prioritize when cleaning her teeth, as well as things that didn't matter as much; all of this was specific to my daughter's unique teeth structure, so I feel that I learned a lot that I wouldn't have been able to through general teeth health reading online or from a dentist who was in a rush to get through a long line of patients. In the past, I've had trust issues with car mechanics and dentists; it feels so relieving to interact with a dentist that I trust completely (now I just need to find an equally trustworthy car mechanic!)"
