"I had called to schedule an appointment, and Sammy was extremely helpful! I was looking to get an earlier appointment and she told me she would keep an eye out for one. Shortly after, she called me back and informed me that another spot had opened up. It was very kind of her to note down that I wanted another appointment and notify me so quickly!"

"I've never had such a poor dental service as I've had with this provider. First, they say they provide the same level of cleaning and preventative care as my periodontist (since insurance coverage is the same), but I get to an appointment only to discover they don't. I literally had to walk out. No one seems to have any consistency on what's going on. Today I receive a call saying "well we see you have an appointment, but we don't know what's it's for." I had to inform them the doctor previously created a treatment plan incrementally done every year to be covered by my health care flex spending, and I previously told two separate people the same thing on different occasions. I schedule it with one person, get calls from others asking and I tell them again, but constantly I still get calls asking me what's going on no matter how many times I tell them exactly what it is for. Additionally, you will have absolutely nothing but nightmares dealing with whoever the heck is doing billing and insurance submittal. You'll give them your insurance information over and over, only to get bills showing nothing was ever submitted to and thereby no plan payments were made by your dental insurance. Additionally, it doesn't even show the thousands of dollars you already paid. They also don't charge in network fees although they really are in network, and they try to bill you the out of network full costs. I finally made the decision today to completely avoid this dumpster fire of a dental provider. I'm going to call my dental provider and file a formal grievance process against them as they obviously are incompetent and can't do anything right or even be somewhat versed in common functioning."
