"If I could give less stars, I would. I purchased a new Volvo from this dealership years ago, taking me out of my BMW history because I wanted a local dealership for service. My vehicle has only been serviced by this dealership to this date and every service appointment has been a disappointment. The staff that coordinate the service are unprofessional and lazy--ignoring customers and staring at the phones. If you are unfortunate enough to have to wait for your vehicle, you will hear many conversations that should not be happening with customers present. Apparently with Volvo, the key fob can fail at any time, its unpredictable and unavoidable--the replacement keys are $600 plus over $175 to have them programmed. I had a service appointment in October due to my keys not functioning properly or locking the vehicle at all. I took the car in, they ran diagnostics on it and attempted to fix the "computer issue". I was told that the computer needed to have a full reboot and the Volvo engineers were on the line assisting the mechanics for over 4 hours and the issue was not resolved. I was asked to make an appointment and bring the car back in. It took me 8 phone calls over 2.5 months to get an appointment at a time they could provide a loaner vehicle. That appt was today at 815am. I arrived at 810am, the service "advisor" had no clue I had requested a loaner, he looked around for a few minutes and stated that the loaner I had reserved had a flat tire and the did not have another tire. Several hours later, we received a quote for over $1000 for 2 keys when months ago I was told that the issues was not the keys. I called the service manager, Ali, to try to get a better understanding and he was dismissive and rude. I did mention that he doesn't seem to be in the right role because customer service didn't seem to be his focus, his approach was more about making excuses for Volvo and blaming the previous customer for not returning the loaner timely and in good condition. Ali did not seem to understand that as a company, they should have contacted the customer that spent over $60k on a vehicle and inform them that there was no loaner available. If you read through other review here, you can see that Ali takes the defensive role with dealing with customers. I was attempting to provide calm and detailed feedback in an attempt tor them to improve their processes as I have NEVER had a good experience with the service department here. While talking with Ali, I stated "I don't think I will bring my vehicle to this dealership again" His response was " I think that is a good idea. My GM will call you tomorrow". I regret buying from them and from this dealership and will also be contacting the BBB."

"I’ve had some poor service before, but my recent experience with this Volvo location takes the cake. Quite frankly, because of it I’ll never purchase another Volvo. We brought our vehicle in for routine service (one where they perform tire rotations), and upon pick-up I noted a wobble in my drive. Several days later I noticed a bulge in the tire. This wasn’t present prior to the service and this Volvo location is unwilling to make it right. Additionally, the service manager, Ollie, has one of the worst customer service mindsets I’ve ever encountered. Although I remained professional at all times during our conversation, he hung up on me because he didn’t like the fact I wasn’t going to accept the statement “there’s nothing we’re going to do for your tire.” DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER WITH YOUR VOLVO FOR SERVICING. **Editing after dealer response to ensure future customers understand what they’d be getting themselves into by dealing with a dishonest company** Yes, I did call a week after.. because it was during the holidays and I failed to perform an honest inspection of the tires after noticing the wobbling. As I stated previously, the wobbling occurred IMMEDIATELY on our drive home from your location. And yes, I have contacted the bank to dispute the charge, because my vehicle was damaged during its time with your company. Bottom line: When you buy a luxury vehicle, you expect luxury service and that’s the exact opposite of what I’ve received from Beyer Volvo."

"I purchased a used Volvo yesterday. Went in was immediately greeted by Megan. We got to talking and she told us that it was her 4th day and her first car sale! She was amazing and very sweet. She was very patient with us and answering all of our questions. I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to give her credit because she made our experience amazing!"
