Bo's Tires & Rims

"I have lived in VA for 3 years I have patronize this business for all my tire needs since living here. But today Kevin was very judgemental and rude. I came in today because I noticed a foreign object in my tire and I needed a plug or a patch. Kevin assisted me but never gave me a price. Once the service was finished I exited my vehicle to pay. Kevin informed me that it would be 20 dollars for a plug. I returned with a comment stating "that's almost the cost of a used tire". Kevin stated "Blame Joe Biden and how much would you pay in New Jersey for a plug, the cost of living has went up we need to get democrats out of office. I the customer informed Kevin that the statement he made has nothing to due with me or our business here. Kevin got mad and said" Leave here and don't ever come here to do business again" Kevin began to yell "Leave here get out". It wasn't until I asked for the owner Bo and stated that Kevin conversation was not customer friendly. Kevin continued to make statements about " me thinking because I am a black woman that I accused him of over charging me and preyed on me. I the customer never made any statement in regards to race. After Kevin putting me out and telling me to never come back.I the customer begged to pay because Bo the owned has never treated me anything but nice and this was my first encounter with Kevin. Kevin got on the phone and I was unsure of what or whom he was speaking with. Kevin then stated "Merry Christmas" after so many racial and politically incorrect ,unpleasant and unprofessional encounters with Kevin I the customer stated I do not celebrate just to reframe from anymore interaction with Kevin. Kevin returns by saying "that explains it all". Kevin then informs me the customer that his wife is black and he is not a racist. I the customer explained that he Kevin made comments regarding race and politics as well as religious which is not a professional conversation no matter what the race a person is these are things that are not to be discussed while in a work setting. Kevin is very unprofessional and Bo should know whom he has representing his business when he is not around. I the stated informed Kevin that I would have a conversation with Bo in regards to how I was treated on today's visit 12/20/23"

"I came here today to get some new tires put on. While the weight was about 30 minutes ,the service was super quick and efficient. It only cost me $40 to get 2 tire put on."
