"I had a tire rotation done today at Firestone Termonal Blvd Norfolk by the Marine Corps Exchange. Poor does not describe the quality of service. 45 min to rotate tires and less than a mile from the shop I had tire pressure and hood warning lights. The hood was not closed properly and tires were over inflated to 41psi on a car with 38psi cold pressure recommended on the door label. Both of these errors were unsafe. I would not take my wheel barrow here. The manager had no excuse for the hood latch and said “maybe” their tire pressure gauge was not calibrated. There are better Firestone shops on Military Hwy for reliable service"

"I took my car for the state inspection. First of all, it was not first come first serve. They had 4 cars left over. They call me in the afternoon, I was told, the rotor and pad needed to be replaced (it was rejected) wherase I replaced the pad 6 months ago. I took my to another shop and it passed the inspection. BIG SCAMMER!! They wanted charged me $600 more expensive than Toyota dealership. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Brake done at this facility installed safely but made incredibly loud noise when in use and upon return for inspection of sound site claimed they never noticed sound even though upon pick up it still made squeak sound. Also at state inspection at another facility brakes were deemed installed incorrectly resulting in a rejection sticker. While site is convenient location for those on base would not recommend for anything outside of oil change and possible quick tire repairs."

"Charged me $120 to tell me they couldn’t figure out why the check engine light was on. Took the car to a local Autozone where an employee plugged in a hand-held computer and in 30 seconds found the exact issue. A nearby mechanic had it fixed in under an hour and less than $120. I will not return to this Firestone."

"Came in for a patch but the usual excuse so i can purchase a new tire. "The nail is on a tough spot" ARC my battery. They drained and burned my car battery. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR BATTERY CHECKED BY THEM. I was so happy to try them out since they are located close to my residence. Will never come back or recommend this place."
