"Mannn.. This place is NEVER open anywhere close to opening hours.. Currently going on 12 noon on Christmas Eve weekend and the store is still closed.. And this is EVERY TIME I try to shop in store at this location.. That's why malls are failing, not the shoppers.."

"AWFUL!! Time: April 27, 2022 (approx 1:30pm) This is by far the worst customer experience of my life!!!! I went to Lids (Chesapeake Sq) to purchase two Yankee hats, one for me and one for my son. I knew I'd be buying a snapback for my son but forgot my hat size. I asked the employee if 7 5/8 is bigger or smaller than 7 3/4. The employee stated "bigger" with a nasty disposition. I thanked her and moved on. When I was ready to complete my purchase, she met me with hostility, unprofessionalism, and hatred. Her body language and attitude was awful. I asked if the purchase included 2 or 3 hats, and she continued to repeat, "$72.84!" She concluded this episode by walking away from the register and demanding I pick up the receipt. She yelled, "here, get the receipt." She then positioned herself like she was going to fight me. I asked if she was refusing to provide the receipt, then she yelled, "I don't care." Lids should be embarrassed to provide customers with this level of customer service. I will never take my business there again."

"As far as selection....I will give them 5 stars since the one in military mall shut down...but the problem I have with them is that shut down to take breaks...for instance the guy shut the store down from 7 PM til 730 PM to take a break....when they close at 8 PM."

"This place sucks. They're never open when they say they are. Only has one person working at a time so if they take lunch or restroom break they have to close the store."

"Lids Chesapeake Square Mall. Thank you for your professional staff . The morning staff and the evening staff was the greatest. You all are a team. It takes a villiage for a single child.to ve raised and it takesa team to run a succesful business. The mall had closed and my granddaughter and i was the last to exit The night manager the kind descent gentlemen and the two young ladies made sure we got to our car safely.
