"We had just placed our order online for 2 cheesecake fantasy and my husband had picked up our order from the store. Not only were they packed weirdly but the frozen fruits in our ice cream were completely stale. We thought it would be just one or two bad berries gone bad but we tried a few and they all tasted funky. I called up the store immediately to warn them before even raising a complaint so they can check and stop serving immediately as I was sure any customer would fall sick if they were being served the same. The girl on the phone tried to talk to her manager but did not even check for fruits gone bad at their end nor acknowledge my concern itself. When I called back to speak to the manager, they told me to get back the order to their place for full refund. My husband just returned from the store and they neither accepted the fruits were stale nor were they apologetic about serving stale food. They processed a full refund though. I never usually post negative reviews as I understand many things can go wrong in many ways. But this experience has completely changed our perception about the quality of stuff being served at cold stone and at this particular location ."

"Cold Stone Creamery is a fantastic place to enjoy delicious ice cream treats. The kids loved their experience there, especially the variety of cakes and ice creams available. It's always exciting to watch the staff mix different flavors right in front of you. However, one downside we experienced was the wait time of 10 minutes to place our order. This was due to the limited staff present on a Saturday evening. Despite the wait, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the tasty ice cream made it worth it."

"Received melted ice-cream and they didn’t listen to my order at all my family and I were displease with our ice creams they were just a messy waste I will not return also I ordered pecan and it tasted like plain vanilla with a bunch of brownies"

"My fiance and I visited your store yesterday evening. As we were standing in line deciding what to get, the customer in front of us was extremely nasty to the employee who was taking the order. The customer was verbally abusing this young girl ( I do not know the employee name but she is Asian) and it was disgusting. Your employee was calmly trying to explain to this customer that the waffle cones were not "burnt" as the customer was trying to claim. The unruly customer made a complete scene even going as far as to curse out your employee. Your employee handled it the best way she could have after such verbal abuse. After that customer left she took my order and was kind and courteous and I commend her for not letting that previous jerk of a customer rattle her. The ice cream was great and I will definitely return."
