"So I was at the store the other day looking for some Nike slides. So I asked someone could they look up my account information because I assumed in store purchases could be seen on my Hibbett account. I had a reward on my account. I had just spent like $500 with Hibbet in South Hill and Henrico Hibbet in the last 7 days. So the female said I had a reward to use toward a purchase after she pulled up my information. So they didn’t have the Nike slides so I walked out the store. Tell me why her ugly self obviously used my reward lol. It disappeared off my account. I keep getting this error when I check my account and my points disappeared. After I call customer service to confirm what I know. Im definitely filing a police report. I work in law so she definitely tried the wrong one! I literally just received the reward. Actually I’m a just sue the store!"

"If I could give them no stars I would, this place was horrible. Walked in the store no one said hello, no acknowledged I was there. The 2 workers were on their phones not working at all. I had a return of some shoes I paid cash for, they told me they didn’t have any money in the register. This place is a joke, take your money somewhere else and get better customer service."

"1 person there, she stayed behind the counter. Prices are same everywhere that sells Nike, Puma, Crocs, & Adidas. Some cool variety of shoes in colors."
