"terrible, walked in to get a drink after getting a part from o’reillys next door, had the part in my bag, lady followed me to the back of the store and told me i had to leave my bag at the front, i said okay and walked out because they didn’t have what i wanted, as i walk out she proceeds to grab the part from oreillys out of my bag and says “is this ours?” i tell her no and she just says oh, the lady accused me of stealing and went through my bag without consent and didn’t even apologize, extremely rude."

"I honestly only go here because its in walking distance. Its always in need of organizing, short staffed, only 1 cashier. The employee turnover rate must be high because its new people each week. And its CONSISTENTLY like this. I updated my review to a 1 Star because they are never opened on time and are randomly closed with no notice! They are still junky and unorganized!! Update again - it’s 4/9/22 and guess what? It’s closed on a Saturday. Who knows why?!?!? My last review was 2 years ago and it’s still the same issue!"

"The store was well stocked,nice and clean, it was my first time there in about 4 years i was so surprised that they only had one (1) shopping cart,only ONE,unbelievable."

"Where should I begin. This was my Family Dollar of choice until one of the associates whom I was cool with was rude to my husband on multiple occasions. In effort to avoid a confrontation with this lady I stopped going in there altogether for a while. Well one day I was in Lidl on Laburnum and that same lady worked there and inquired why I hadn't been in her Family Dollar store lately. Not one to mince words I explained to her the situation with my husband. She immediately denied it and got on the defensive. She blurted that it wasn't her who had been rude to him and when I confirmed that he knew exactly who she was as he only went to her for help because he knew that we had a prior established rapport (I purchased a dress off the shelf for her daughter because it was cute and my daughter couldn't fit it; she mentioned her daughter wanted that same dress so I bought it and gave it to her). I had to go in there recently as I was closer to it and she was there. She was clearly vexed by my presence in her store, and became robotic in her customer service. Let's not forget this store is always cluttered and stocked poorly. The chick with the glasses is the one that was rude to my husband and me, everyone else is cool. There's a young lady who has really long hair, and she's always sweet and polite no matter what's going on. There's a few men that work there too, that are also cool."
