"The store looks beautiful and new, but I don’t know if they’re about to close or what, the shelves were 70% empty/unstocked. I had about 10 things to get, they had none of them - including “any hand soap.” Just rows of empty shelves with occasional random items in stock."

"Can of spam is $4.39 - I wish I was joking. The parking lot is covered in garbage they can't be bothered to sweep up and the shelves aren't merchandise in an orderly manner, things have just been left wherever customers put them. They've clearly given up and expect us to fend for ourselves with these self checkout kiosks, I guess they think why bother staffing or training sufficiently?"

"Store is very clean, has extremely fluorescent lights - it feels more like the inside of a makeup store, which was surprising. They have a good selection of items and a clearance section, though the clearance prices don't always pull through at the checkout. Workers leave you to shopping experience without hassling you, and the more hands-off approach is perfect for somewhere where you may be buying something embarrassing. They're still helpful if you come up to the desk, so really it's a win in both categories."

"Staff were friendly but both of the bathroom doors say “out of order” so I asked the pharmacist about that and she said to get the key from front desk. The front desk proceeds to lie and say the bathrooms don’t work. A few minutes later two employees use those same bathrooms they’d open with a key then let’s a customer that was near the door into the bathroom after her. Someone said due to shoplifters this is what they do. I made them aware this is unprofessional and nothing was done about."
