"THE BEST pharmacy Richmond has to offer. The staff take their jobs very seriously and are extremely helpful and courteous. I have travelled across town just to get my meds picked up from here. The store is always clean and all customer service people are diverse, kind & conversational. The service here is so good I'm afraid to try anywhere else in the city. As long as I live in Richmond this is my go to spot"

"The pharmacists never fill your prescription until after you get here, they just stand in the back and BS all day. The last time I was here a woman with the same issue was irate because she was in a rush and hadn’t filled a scrip from 2 days prior. You can have a scrip sent to them the day before and it’ll sit there until you ask about it. I’ve been in excruciating pain and always have to wait for my scrip. The convenience is nice as it’s close to my home but the lack of quality employees is extremely frustrating."

"I was denied access to my medical records and medical treatment by the pharmacist at this location in an attempt to avoid liability for falsified documents. I visited this pharmacy after an uncomfortable experience at the West Broad St location. I was told that my records showed I had already received the vaccinations that I was requesting; although I had not. When I requested a copy of my medical records, as they were, the pharmacist called the other location. They had a private conversation out of ear shot, and I was told that my record had been updated to remove the vaccinations (after I requested a copy as is) and they refused to provide my current record or a way to obtain them. It has been two months since I have been able to receive my necessary vaccinations because Rite Aid pharmacies throughout Richmond are now cancelling my appointments; or a follow up to either complaint."

"this is far from being a luxury pharmacy, but it is much better than Lombardy Kroger. For one, they actually respond to the automated service on the phone. For two, they contact my Dr for a renewal if it says I have no refills remaining (can't say the same for Lombardy Kroger). I moved my prescriptions over to lombardy kroger about a year ago since it is closer to me, but I am starting to regret that. Is this the safest area? No. Are the lines short at around 7pm? No. Do the pharmacists always act like they're in a rush? Definitely... but when I enter the RX# over the phone, the Pharmacy takes appropriate action and to provide me with my prescription and texts me when it's ready, which is all I really ask for. The pharmacists work to control what they can, so I was a satisfied customer. Will probably switch back to here soon."
