"Slowest check out service ever. No one works with a sense of urgency to move people through the line. Half the people there can’t count so they have to double and triple count everything which slows it down even more."

I give four stars because they are often out of what I need for my shop, but I couldn’t run my business without this place!"

"Can Restaurant depot at this location get new carts for their customers??? Today the carts were broken and had to wait for customers to come out and take their cart so I could do shopping. They had all the broken ones on the side and there are no carts for new people shopping available. It’s ridiculous for business owners who need to be in and out having to wait longer for something that should always be available. Hope management sees this and fixes the problem."

"We shop here very frequently we travel from three hours away due to our area. There is no restaurant depot’s close by and we buy certain items that you guys have the African-American manager lady who has a lis when she talks is rude !! She is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be working with customers at a department store that caters to people who have restaurants.. she think she’s better than anybody that comes in there and she need some rude, awakening that she’s working for someone that is not her business alone, She’s hateful and ugly on the inside and out ..if you ask her a question she will be rude and say you need to wait while she carries on her conversation with her friends we don’t come here to make friends we come here to buy products and support restaurant depot as every time we come in we spent over two grand in groceries ..she’s is just rude in general .. we come here to buy products that we cannot get in our area and the lack of customer support is unreal. We ask them for an item in the cooler and they said they didn’t have any more of it. We looked in the cooler and there was a whole pallet after the manager Lady ask her staff and they said they had none and In eye distance we seen a whole pallet… this lady should not be in charge of customers at all. She would be better off, pushing buggies outside . please restaurant depot do better because your restaurants in the area and the ones that travel from hours away depend on good customer service and quality staff and product and we feel like we would rather spend our money elsewhere The Richmond restaurant depot is lacking… big Time in customer support, and they definitely need some hands-on training from the big guys to come in and reevaluate the place. Also, the Caucasian man who bags up to fish and seafood he is rude as well because that same day he said he didn’t work in that department and he wasn’t gonna go back in the cooler and get us what we needed so we ended up getting it ourselves, the place is a mess. This place needs help corporate. Please evaluate them so we can continue to spend our money with you guys."
