"The girl in this picture is rude and puts off any question in the fastest way she can. I pick up 2 games went to pay and they were the “wrong price”… I said which ones are the right price? She said “idk” I look for a bit more and then grab 2 more games, one being the original Spiderman from the PS5 with a preowned price of $18.99 and when I went to ask a question of “is this a remake or is this the original ps5 one” and she interrupted me, took the game, and then said “oh it’s definately not that price anymore” and put it away from. How freaking rude. 3 games I selected prices were different from the ones on the shelf. I was given a piece of paper to check “sale prices” by the cashier which was also incorrect. The final thing that put me off was me asking “can I go grab tiny Tina’s real quick and add it to this order?” And she replied “even if that one’s on the shelf we don’t have it”. Cmon. If you made a mistake just own up to it. Don’t downgrade your customers over shopping a bit longer than most when looking for games. Really am put off by this experience and this cashier."

"Went in to purchase a game and found the one I was looking for pre-owned. Fine with that. Go to checkout and it rings up for almost double the price. Ask the cashier and she brushes me off and says “it’s the wrong sticker, you’ll have to pay this price.” Sorry not sorry that your store made a mistake but you should honor the sticker price that’s on display. That’s not my fault. Do not recommend. Contacted corporate number and was told “I can’t help you right now.” And hung up on me."
