"I went to this location yesterday 1/7/23 at around 9:30 pm. The listing said that the store closes at 10:00 pm. Upon my arrival, the doors were locked. A female employee came towards the door and threw something into a trash can and proceeded to walk away. I knocked on the door and she was very rude and waved me off. For a store that's supposed to be open, she surely didn't want my business or anyone else's. Such unprofessionalism, I can guarantee that I will not be returning to this store, and I will be advising others not to go there as well"
"Out front there are two signs advertising sending and receiving Western Union and one inside the door. When I approached the desk the employee Donelle told me they did not do Western Union. I asked why they had signs he said they so not do it anymore. The employee outright lied to me because they were lazy. Employee recommended in go across the street to the Walgreens. I would not waste your time supporting a store who allows employees to lie to customers. Dollar General website also advertises western union location."
"They really need to improve customer relations skills. I was looking for some stuff in a disorder cabinet, so I needed to move things. Nobody asked me if I need help but some women came to me and said me "what's going on?" and she looked very angry. This is not polite manners. It's a store that they don't like nobody there."
"I use to manage this brand and when walking in the store the floor was dirty and nobody in eye sight. It took the cashier couple minutes to come from the back but when she did she had great customer service. This store needs a strong manager to help with the upkeep. This store can do better"
