"Get stalked and watched everytime I come into the store. They aren't even slick with it either. They also sell alot of outdated products. Even the products without an expiring expiration date taste stale !!!!"
"Customer service is really declining. What irritates me the most is the self check out. Two are card only and two are card and cash. Why?! Then today they had a light skinned girl with short dreads I believe , managing self checkout… cool. She’s directing traffic and asking who’s paying with what, cool, but then you tell the next person to come forward and the person checking out hasn’t even grabbed their receipt and bags. Then I get to the register and immediately turn the volume down (which my number never saves my “volume preferences” ) and she comes over, doesn’t say excuse me and turns it up. So I say, “this is self checkout and it’s not making sense right now” she goes “well I need to be able to hear it” like baby I promise I’m not trying to steal and I don’t want to hear “$2.99” loud af every scan. Not to mention when you go to a lane most don’t even say a basic hi or bye. I don’t need much but dang!!! Can’t even do the bare minimum!!!?"
"Ghetto amd Lazy. I arrived when the store opened to be told that customer service wasn't going to open for another hour even though an employee was standing right there and another employee was on the self-checkout. The employee even advised me that at every other store customer service should be open at the time of the store. But not theirs... I was in the middle of trying to make sure my rent was paid and getting back to my spouse at the hospital. But these Jokers were so busy trying to avoid doing some work that they told me something was closed when it should have been open. I was literally refused service for no reason. I'm forwarding this complaint to regional and corporate. I hope somebody loses their job."
