"I was excited that a Dollar Tree was opening in my area close to home in walking distance. On Janke Road yet I'm in a wheelchair. For me now I make arrangements with specialized transportation to go to one further from my home. I'm a crafter and if I need supplies right away. I'll go in the one on Janke Rd. I've been verbally abused in that store for no reason what do ever. Just yesterday I went there and the woman in charge was on her phone talking about me saying how I didn't like her. That is not my character at all. I made her aware she has ugly ways. I retired from one of the largest banks in this country! I stayed in the bank newsletter for being positive. I'm a domestic violence and cancer survivor. I shouldn't have to prepare myself to not feel uncomfortable to to go in a store or and public dwelling. If your not a people person you shouldn't work with the public. I pray they do better. Quality customer service is key! Thank you."
