"I get a kick out of these people who write about the bland food and poor quality food. This is not a store for the socially elite. it's a store for people who are on a tight budget or know how to save money. The quality of food is no different than any other foods I bought anywhere else. But if you're a snob this is not the place for you."

"So clean and , I love that new stores are opening up in counties that people had very few options to shop, or had to travel to closest city to get basics. There is one now just right outside my neighbor hood about 4 blocks. You can even find a 1$ isle with the everyday supplies for just about anything you need inside,outside your home, and personal needs."
"The manager here goes out of the way to help. It's near my home so I go often. Always smiles and greets you so you feel welcome. There are Dollar General stores 3 within 3 miles of my home but I'll stay here where I'm greeted with a smile and truly feel welcomed and it is always clean and organized.
