The blatant disregard for the agreement we had reached was an outright display of unprofessionalism and a clear violation of digital business ethics. My attempts to resolve the situation were met with an unsatisfactory response. There were no genuine apologies or attempts to offer a comparable deal. Instead, I was provided with vague reasons and no alternatives to rectify the situation. The experience with Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesboro felt like a bait and switch scenario. My excitement over a dream car purchase was turned into frustration and disappointment due to the dealership's lack of integrity and respect for their online customers. The dealership's action raises serious concerns about the trustworthiness of online transactions with them. It's extremely disconcerting when an established dealership like Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesboro fails to honor purchase agreements. In conclusion, I strongly discourage prospective online car buyers from doing business with Tim Short Chrysler of Middlesboro. "I saw a van I liked on Autotrader. I had never bought a vehicle online sight unseen. I got a super salesman to help me, Brandon Boggs. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. I it was always easy to get in touch with him. We stayed in close contact until after the van was delivered and sitting in my driveway. "I actually was looking for something cheaper and different than what I purchased but how could I refuse to not do business with such good people. After the vehicle I called about has already gotten sold I decided to look through the inventory and ran across a gorgeous car so I reached back out Roger my salesman did an awesome job on getting me financed and explaining everything to me he even reached back out to me after hours to answer my questions. Then once I arrived there after driving almost 5 hrs from South Carolina it was definitely worth the drive I was greeted with nothing but kindness… and the paperwork was fast ..
