"Our son is an LMU student that is 3 hours away from home. My son's vehicle was in the mechanic shop at home so he had to drive my mom's car back to school. Today, on the way to work, the car started have some major running problems. My husband took it to them, they helped find a reasonable solution and fixed it. "We backed out over into a ditch and Crater City Towing came out. We were in Pine Mountain State Park and they are very narrow roads where we were. The operator checked out several different ways to get the car out and it was oblivious he didn’t want to do any damage if it was possible to avoid. The muffler was in a position that it would be torn off if he just pulled it straight out so he built a ramp with rocks and a grate so the tire would lift before it hit the wall. He very kind and thoughtful. He took a lot of time to make sure the job was done safely. We’re not from the area but if we were from here, we’d definitely keep his number on hand."
