"Staff is typically always rude (especially the shorter old lady), act and talk about how they don't want to be there, can have long lines and one register open when there's two or three other employees behind the counter , can have an attitude with you when asking for items or questions, rarely ever respond when you say thank you. These people need better customer service training. Also don't think about getting cold drinks from the cooler as they are always nearly room temperature. The only reason I even come here is for the Murphy's rewards points you get with purchase and fuel which aren't great but the only reward system in Appomattox."
