"If I could leave 0 stars I would. The lady who answered the phone was RUDE! Absolutely rude! I called to ask about pricing as I have never owned a golf cart or even looked into buying one before. I just want a little cheap one for my 88yr old grandfather to ride around on so he could get out of the house and have something to do. I asked if she had anything that was under $1,000 because looking at the pictures online they all look old, cheap, and again!! Old! Either way. When I asked this question the lady answered by laughing at my question & stating “I wish.” Very condescending and rude! Didn’t ask if she could be helpful or any of the sort. Just laughed. So yes, this place does not deserve anyone’s money because of their customer service ALONE! My name is Chelsea Cloninger and I’m the lady who just called. "Went in yesterday to buy a set of batteries. The first thing the girl says to me…you’re really coming in late to be buying batteries. Not a good way to treat a customer who’s prepared to spend $1000 for batteries. It was 4:40 pm. They’re open till 5. Then I was told that the same batteries that were sitting out on their yard were $15 more than what I was quoted last week. So…I just decided I’d find my batteries somewhere else. I sure miss the nice pleasant lady that used to work in the office."
