"I ordered 2 pairs of fleece lined pants and for some reason they sent me 2 shirts, I went to the Valley View Store in Roanoke VA and explained to Lisa (manager) what happened, she jumped right in and did a return on the shirts and started a search to find the pants, these were a year end sale and had a great price. She found the pants for me and turned me over to Sydney at East View Mall in Victor NY, Sydney processed the order for me at the same price. These two ladies are fantastic and showed dedication to me as a customer and Eddie Bauer. They both are great.."

"I love Eddie Bauer and I love this store. I've been shopping here since 2007. It was (yes was) the perfect place to buy shirts and pants for my two sons who are 6'6" and 6'5". But several years ago corporate decided that this store wasn't selling enough tall sizes so they stopped carrying them. Fortunately, a few years ago they started getting a few tall shirts here and there. But not enough for me. #no men's talls"
